CANCEL AN ORDER
Time frame for order cancellation after placing an order.
- You can only cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it. If you contact us after this time to cancel your order, it may have already been sent to the warehouse for processing and shipping.
- The cancellation fee is 10% of your total order value and will be applied to the cancellation process. To cancel your order, please contact us at [email protected].

- You may initiate a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
- If you contact us for a return after 30 days, we may not be able to process your request.
Conditions for Eligible Returns
We will provide a full refund if an item arrives in any of the following conditions:
- Damaged or defective product
- Incorrect product received
- Incorrect size received
- Incorrect material received
- Product significantly differs from the description on our website
Conditions for Ineligible Returns
Please note that we cannot offer refunds in the following situations:
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items with minor imperfections that can be easily remedied (e.g., loose threads)
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Items returned without prior authorization from our customer support team
- Customer changed their mind (no longer wants the item)
How to Request a Return or Refund

- Reason for return
- Photos or videos of the product (if applicable)
Our team will provide a return address and instructions within 2-3 business days.
Carefully package your item(s) and send them with a trackable shipping method.

- We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return package arrives safely.
Refund Processing Time (if applicable)
- It may take up to 2-3 business days to process your refund once we receive your return package.
- Refunds may take an additional 10-15 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer’s policies.
